Congratulations to Paulette Swartzendruber and her Shetland Sheepdog Rush and to John Nys and his Shetland Sheepdog Blink on getting their MACH2 this past weekend at the Delaware County Kennel Club’s agility trial in Swedesboro, New Jersey!

Also, congratulations to Karen and her Golden Retriever Nikon on getting their MACH3! It was a great weekend.

Congrats to Beth and Aspen for getting their MACH at the TGSC’s agility trial on Feb 1st!

Congratulations to Beth and her Doberman Pinscher, Ravenswood Aspen Extreme “Aspen” who got their MACH today at the Tartan Gordon Setter Club’s agility trial in Amherst, New Hampshire. Yay!

Congrats to the NE competitors at the AKC Invitational, especially Paulette and Rush, Louise and Poet, and Elaine and Soleil — each among the top ten in their classes!

Congratulations to all the folks from New England who competed this weekend at the AKC Invitational in California! We’re so excited for all of you.

Among the top ten finalists in various classes were:

• Paulette Swartzendruber and Rush (Shetland Sheepdog, 16″ class)
  Paulette and Rush had 4 clean runs, taking three firsts and 1 third place in the first 4 rounds, but unfortunately did not run clean in the Finals, coming in 8th.
• Louise Hoelscher and Poet (Whippet, 20″ class)
  Louise and Poet had four clean runs leading up to the Finals, but did not run clean and took 9th place in the finals.
• Elaine Giannelli and Soleil (Beauceron, 24″ class)
  Elaine and Soleil had 4 clean runs, taking 4th place in round 2. They also ran clean in the Finals and took 4th. Only four tenths of a second separated Soleil and the first place dog in the Finals.

Good luck to Amy, Jake, Molly, Soleil, Spree, Ghillie, Callie, Bailey, Rush, Daisy, Triton, Stanley, Zuma, Woodstock, Lucy, Poet, Panther and Beamer at the AKC Invitationals this weekend!

Congratulations to Sandy Washburn and her Golden Retriever Gaylan’s Tradewind O’er Th Doone “Trader” on getting their Obedience Dog Hall of Fame title from the Golden Retriever Club of America.

The ODHF title can be earned by any Golden Retriever with a Utility Dog title that has accumulated five (5) Highest Scoring Dogs in Trial, of which no more than two have come from Novice class, will be entered into the GRCA Obedience Dog Hall of Fame.

It was an amazing weekend at the WMSSC club’s agility trial in Westfield. There were, I believe, 5 MACHs on Sunday. Let’s see if I can remember them all… Guylaine and Chesney, Christine and Kevin, James and Sadie… OK, I knew I wouldn’t remember them all. If you can, please let us know!
