Ordering by Mail

We encourage customers who cannot attend an event or are not comfortable ordering online to place their order through the mail. All payment is due at the time of the order.

Simply, follow these steps.

1. Print our order form from the site or download a PDF version.
2. Fill in the form with your contact information, the proof number, image size, quantity, and price of the photos you want to order.
3. Total the order — adding 5% sales tax if you are a Massachusetts resident and/or the appropriate shipping and handling (see our chart).
4. Include your check or money order made out to Karen Hocker.
5. Mail your order to the address on the order form.

If you would prefer to pay via credit card, you can print and fill out this PDF form. The information will NOT be stored by KHP. Once the payment has been approved your credit card information will be shredded.

We will notify you if we have any problems with your order. Otherwise you should expect you order in six to eight weeks.
